We want you to love your experience with PlayPremier. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made through our platform.

Refund Policy - the basics

General Policy

All purchases made via the App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective platform’s refund terms. As a result, refund requests must be handled directly through Apple or Google:

In-App Purchases

PlayPremier may offer the following in-app purchases:

  • Subscription plans

  • One-time credits

  • League or performance entry fees

  • Cosmetic or status upgrades (e.g., badges, frames)

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or store policy. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscriptions or event entries.

 

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in these situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same item

  • A technical issue on our side prevented access to a paid feature

  • Fraudulent activity was reported and confirmed

To request a refund directly from us, contact us using the form below and include your username, receipt, and description of the issue.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store. Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not result in a refund for time already used.

 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as our offerings evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
